Our Ideal Client enjoys having one point of contact throughout the entire Remodeling Process and appreciates that we run and manage the job from start to finish and that all of the materials, scheduling, zoning and every little detail of the job is handled for them.
Our Ideal Client values a Remodeling Process that involves little stress and a worry free experience. A good portion of our client work is done on cottages or second homes around Higgins Lake & Houghton Lake.

Our Client Referral Offer
Any referral you send to us that becomes a new client, you will be given the option to have us:
- Donate $50-$100 (based on the project size) in your name, to one of the following local charities: Higgins Lake Foundation, Roscommon County Foundation or Habitat for Humanity.

How Our Customer Referral Process Works
When you have a referral for us you can call (989-275-5703) or e-mail us with their information or have them call us directly. You may also send us their information by filling out the form below.
The first step will be to answer their initial questions and start the Remodeling Process with our "Project Discovery" session. We will keep you updated throughout the process and let you know how we were able to help the person that you referred.
